I flew over here from NYC for a short weekend and have met some great creative people, who have been the most wonderful hosts and drove me to all the hots spots within the city + taken me out to some of the coolest local hangouts....
DON'T read and believe all the "bad" "dangerous" stories you see in the news! As this city is on the up and is such an exciting blank canvas for any young or old entrepreneur / creative looking to realise their dreams...
Check this documentary out by Johnny Knoxville "Detroit Lives" - give you some good insight on the history and future plans.
