CHU X MONOREX @ DEBUT LONDON

Man City x Monorex

Monorex recently sent Mr K and Stika on a 3 day mission to Manchester to paint the Man City club shop at the Arndale shopping centre.

The brief was to apply a blueprint style to all the walls and units - quite a tricky task where there was no room for error (as the guys only had one chance with the permanent white edding pens).

Using a super high res projector (not our usual tool) we were able to minimise the chances of any problems - and the guys worked around the clock to get this complete for the opening.

Overall we were super happy with the finish and the client got exactly what they required....

DISCO TECK COMMISSION @ SU BAR, SOLENT UNIVERSITY, SOUTHAMPTON

Monorex commissioned Discoteck to paint a small wall at the SU bar in Southampton, in usual Discoteck style - he rocked up with no plan and just free-styled it to perfection...

Thoughts people?

Tailored by England - Commission @ Village Underground, London

Monorex were commissioned to paint the large wall @ Village Underground by Umbro for the new England football kit launch.

It took two 12 hour shifts and four men to get the walls white and completed in time for the official press launch.

Teck and Jimi Crayon had to copy and re create the logo below on a large scale.

With a dodgy scaff tower and freak rain showers hitting us - we battled through the elements but got there in the end!

Monorex know how to lay on a party...

We held a small "invite only" paint party down at Monorex HQ last Saturday - It was meant to be ATG vs. Monorex but for various reasons we decided on inviting 10 artists to all jump on and battle it out in the LDN sunshine...Artists included Elmo, Teck 1, Cable St, Alfa, Reeps 1, Stika, Tan, CHU, Town, Mr K!

Big up to all that came and drunk our beer...Also watch out for a small feature of this event dropping on Channel 4's website next month.
